Reservation and Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and protect the time of our stylists, we require a valid credit card to secure your appointment.

We require a 48 hr notification for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or missed without this notice will incur a fee of 25% of the booked service total, charged to the card on file.
